چکیده
Objective To assess the clinical and esthetic outcomes patient satisfaction of screw-retained one-piece implant crowns fabricated with zirconia abutments after a 4.5- to 8.8-year follow-up. Material methods Thirty-two patients (12 women 20 men), who received 40 single in anterior premolar sites, were included this prospective study. All restorations based on ceramic hand-veneered customized CAD/CAM abutments. The follow-up consisted radiological examinations. pink score–white score (PES-WES) was used evaluate outcome. Patients’ assessed via visual analog scale (VAS). Results Implant prosthetic survival rates 100% 97.5%, respectively. Mean marginal bone loss −0.17 mm (SD 1.16 mm). Probing depth ≤4 98.7% 5 1.3% sites; 8.3% them bleeding probing positive. No technical or biological complications observed except for one abutment fracture. mean PES-WES scores 7.0 7.1, VAS (10-point) 9.41 function 9.26 esthetics showed high satisfaction. Conclusion After observation period 6 years 7 months, veneered conical connection very good performance may be recommended replacement missing teeth. (ClinicalTrials.gov # NCT04370314).

PURPOSE To compare the fracture resistance before and after cyclic fatigue assays of ceramic crowns with customized zirconia abutments when screw retained and cemented onto implants. MATERIALS AND METHODS The sample of this study consisted of 40 ceramic crowns with zirconia infrastructure fixed onto external hexagonal implants. The crowns were distributed into two groups (n = 20): Screw-retai...

PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to evaluate in vitro the microgap between different zirconia abutments and their titanium implants. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Four systems were evaluated: Procera zirconia (Nobel Biocare) (Nb), Cercon Balance Anterior (Dentsply Friadent) (Ba), ZirDesign (Astratech) (Zd), and Straumann Cares ceramic (Straumann) (Ca). Five assemblies were assessed for each system. ...
